Description
Plot of 1065 m2 with four ruins (69 m2, 26 m2, 37 m2, 28 m2 in the base). Of these, two ruins have a collapsed roof and two only outlines. Reconstruction of the existing ruins could result in about 440m2, floors P + 1 + PK (ground floor, first floor and attic). The plot has direct access from the highway, and access from the city by stairs. The plot offers a beautiful view of the sea and the whole of Perast, which is extremely famous for its unique untouched nature and beauty. Distance from the sea is about 60 meters. There is also a preliminary design for the plot.
